Concealed Weapon Permits

If you would like to obtain a concealed firearm permit, it is important that you know the rules before applying.
These rules are subject to change. Please visit the Wyoming Attorney General Concealed Weapons Permit web pages to find out what is required before submitting your application.
After you have reviewed the requirements, you must come to the Sheriff's Office in person to be fingerprinted, pay the fee, and submit the application.
When the application is issued (it usually takes about 90 days), we will contact you to pick it up at the office.

Sending Mail To An Inmate

Use the following format to send mail to an inmate:

Some points to consider when sending mail to an inmate:

Inmates are not allowed to receive packages.
Inmates are allowed to receive greeting cards. However, they will not be able to keep in their possession any of the greeting cards that contain circuit boards.
There is no limit on the amount of letters and inmate may receive.
Inmates are allowed to purchase paper and prepaid envelopes for return correspondence.
All mail sent to inmates is subject to search.
